We provide one-off projects such as implementations and CRM re-configurations as well as ongoing retainer agreements. Our clients vary in how interactive they like to be, with some wanting to be very involved in the process and others preferring that we carry out the tasks and give them updates.
Pricing of a project or retainer agreement depends on the needs and size of the business, complexity of the project, and availability. We only take on so many projects at a time and therefore price our services in a competitive yet sustainable way.
